У статті автором розглянуто систему корекційно-реабілітаційної допомоги дітям з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку в Польщі в посткомуністичний період. Автором здійснено історико-педагогічний аналіз розвитку цієї системи. Висвітлено розвиток, особливості удосконалення і реформування системи освіти дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в Польщі починаючи з 90 років ХХ століття. Переважно в цей період відбулися важливі зміни в розумінні сутності порушень інтелектуального розвитку, у ставленні до людей з особливими потребами, у сприйнятті їхнього потенціалу розвитку та можливості жити гідно. Це мало безпосередній вплив на організацію системи догляду та освіти дітей з порушеннями інтелектуального розвитку. Стаття може слугувати вказівником до пошуку оптимальних шляхів трансформації системи спеціальної освіти в Україні, соціалізації дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями, їх інтегрування у суспільство. Перспективи подальших розвідок полягають у пошуку взаємодії систем спеціальної та інклюзивної освіти. The article deals with the system of correctional and rehabilitation assistance to children with intellectual disabilities in Poland in the post-communist period. The author made a historical and pedagogical analysis of the development of this system. The development, peculiarities of improving and reforming the education system of children with intellectual disabilities in Poland since 90 years of the XX century are highlighted. Mostly during this period there were important changes in the understanding of the nature of intellectual disabilities, in relation to people with special needs, in the perception of their development potential and the ability to live in dignity. This had a direct impact on the organization of the care and education system for children with intellectual disabilities. The article can serve as a guide to finding the best ways to transform the special education system in Ukraine, to socialize children with intellectual disabilities, and to integrate them into society. The prospect of further exploration is to find synergies between special and inclusive education systems. |
