Наведено результати проведеного у 2016-2018 рр. дослідження науково-методичних засад надання соціально-педагогічної допомоги дітям і сім’ям, що опинились у складних життєвих обставинах внаслідок військових конфліктів. Автори дослідження – співробітники лабораторії прикладної психології освіти Українського науково-методичного центру практичної психології і соціальної роботи НАПН України (далі – Центр) – на основі аналізу теорій соціально-психологічної адаптації, її видів та стадій, сутності та змісту, теоретичних джерел із проблем психічної травматизації, вивчення феномена «резилієнс» як процесу опанування людиною стресовими і травмуючими подіями, психологічними наслідками травматичного стресу та аналізу поняття «соціально-психологічна допомога» визначили мету та завдання діяльності працівників психологічної служби з надання психолого-педагогічної допомоги дітям в умовах закладу освіти. Розроблено процедури та методики моніторингу процесу соціальної адаптації постраждалих і їхніх сімей. У 2016 р. за підтримки МОН України проведено всеукраїнський моніторинг «Діяльність працівників психологічної служби з надання допомоги постраждалим внаслідок окупації Криму і бойових дій на Сході України». Емпіричні дані висвітлили потенціал закладів освіти та психологічної служби системи освіти України щодо ефективної психосоціальної підтримки дітей, постраждалих внаслідок військового конфлікту, створено комплексну модель такої підтримки. Для вирішення методичних аспектів реалізації моделі психосоціальної підтримки розроблено низку методичних матеріалів. У висновку наголошено на доцільності розширення наукових пошуків у цьому напрямі та пролонгації дослідження в 2019–2021 рр. на тему «Науково-методичне забезпечення діяльності працівників психологічної служби з надання допомоги дітям і сім’ям, що опинились у складних життєвих обставинах внаслідок військових дій». The results of the scientific and methodological foundations of providing social and pedagogical assistance to children and families in difficult life circumstances as a result of military conflicts are presented in 2016-2018. The authors of the study are employees of the laboratory of applied psychology of education of the Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Center of Practical Psychology and Social Work of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Center) - on the basis of the analysis of the theories of social and psychological adaptation, its types and stages, essence and content, theoretical sources on problems of mental traumatization. , study of the phenomenon of "resilience" as a process of mastering a person's stressful and traumatic events, psychological consequences of traumatic stress and analyzing the concept of "social and psychological assistance A "defined goals and objectives of psychological services staff to provide psychological and educational assistance to children in terms of educational institution. Procedures and techniques for monitoring the process of social adaptation of victims and their families have been developed. In 2016, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, an all-Ukrainian monitoring of the activities of the psychological service to assist victims of the occupation of Crimea and hostilities in the east of Ukraine was conducted. Empirical evidence has shed light on the potential of educational institutions and the psychological service of the education system of Ukraine to effectively support psychosocial support for children affected by military conflict, and to create a comprehensive model of such support. To address the methodological aspects of the psychosocial support model implementation, a number of methodological materials have been developed. The conclusion emphasized the expediency of expanding the scientific research in this area and the extension of the research in 2019-2021 on «Scientific and methodological support for the activities of employees of the psychological service to assist children and families in difficult life circumstances as a result of hostilities». |
