У тезах встановлено, що із проголошенням незалежності розпочався активний процес реформування мовної освіти в початковій школі, намі-тилися істотні позитивні зміни у визначенні і досягненні цілей початкового навчання української мови. Зокрема висунуто ідею практичного опанування мов, що полягає, передусім, у тому, що контролюватися мають не стільки знання про мову, скільки мов¬ні вміння, а саме: будувати речення, різні за структурою, метою висловлювання та інтонацією; правильно утворювати форму слова й поєднувати її з іншими; будувати словосполучення, не порушувати норм вимови й наголошування вживаних знайо¬мих слів.
The thesis states that with the proclamation of independence, an active process of reforming language education in primary school has begun, and there have been significant positive changes in the definition and achievement of the goals of elementary education in Ukrainian. In particular, the idea of practical mastery of languages is put forward, which is, first of all, that the control is not so much the knowledge of the language, but the language skills, namely: to construct sentences different in structure, purpose of expression and intonation; correctly form the word and combine it with others; build phrases, do not violate the pronunciation and pronunciation of familiar familiar words. |
