У статті обґрунтовано сутність поняття самовдосконалення, як ключового аспекту в досягненні найвищого рівня професійного та особистісного зростання та проведено порівняльний аналіз дефініцій «саморозвиток» і «самовдосконалення». Здійснено аналіз наукових поглядів на суть основних дефініцій дослідження, зокрема «професійний саморозвиток» та «професійне самовдосконалення майбутніх техніків-програмістів» і, що найважливіше, визначено компоненти теоретичної моделі формування готовності до фахового самовдосконалення майбутніх техніків-програмістів, та їх зміст.
The article substantiates the essence of the notion of self-improvement as a key aspect in achieving the highest level of professional and personal growth, and a comparative analysis of the definitions of «self-development» and «self-improvement» is conducted. The analysis of scientific opinions on the essence of the main research definitions, in particular «professional self-development» and «professional self-improvement of the future technicians-programmers», and, most importantly, the components of the theoretical model of formation of readiness for the professional self-improvement of future technicians-programmers, and their content are determined. |
