Монографію присвячено порівняльному аналізу професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі в закладах вищої освіти Республіки Польщі та України. У монографії здійснено аналіз базових понять дослідження в українському та польському освітньому просторі; розкрито проблеми професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі в педагогічній теорії; обґрунтовано критерії порівняння підготовки економістів в закладах вищої освіти Республіки Польщі та України. Проаналізовано спільне й відмінне у професійній підготовці фахівців економічної галузі в закладах вищої освіти в Україні та Республіці Польщі. Визначено перспективні напрями використання досвіду професійної підготовки фахівців економічної галузі Республіки Польщі в Україні, зокрема щодо мережі закладів вищої економічної освіти, моделей професійної підготовки, змісту, форм, методів та тенденцій підготовки фахівців економічної галузі. Видання розраховано на науковців, керівників, викладачів та студентів закладів вищої економічної освіти, розробників освітньої політики.
The monograph is devoted to a comparative analysis of the professional training of economic experts in higher education institutions of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine. The monograph analyzes basic concepts of research in Ukrainian and Polish educational space; the problems of vocational training of economic specialists in pedagogical theory are revealed; The criteria for comparing economists' training in higher education institutions of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine are substantiated. The common and excellent professional training of economic experts in higher education institutions in Ukraine and the Republic of Poland is analyzed. Perspective directions of using the experience of professional training of specialists of the economic sector of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine, in particular concerning the network of institutions of higher economic education, models of vocational training, content, forms, methods and tendencies of training of specialists of the economic branch are determined. The publication is intended for scientists, managers, teachers and students of higher economic education institutions, educational policy makers. |
