Інформатизація і цифровізація стають невід’ємними складовими освітнього процесу закладів загальної середньої освіти, а розвиток ІК-компетентності сучасного вчителя - ключовим питанням в реалізації освітніх реформ. Ці питання визначають основні проблеми розвитку освіти ХХІ століття і потребують додаткового вивчення, моніторингу та координації впровадження. У публікації розглянуто інформатизацію і цифровізацію загальної середньої освіти, а саме ініціативи й освітнє впровадження. Процеси інформатизації і цифровізації залишаються актуальними і потребують нових підходів як в науково-методичному обґрунтуванні, так і в процесах впровадження. Наголошено, що освітня спільнота потребує нових принципів, критеріїв оцінювання та засобів навчання в інформаційну еру і необхідність узгодження можливостей освітян зі швидко зростаючими можливостями цифрового середовища. Ініціативи Інституту інформаційних технологій і засобів навчання НАПН України окреслили основні напрямки розвитку процесів інформатизації і цифровізації системи загальної середньої освіти України, що може бути використане у підготовці нормативно-правових актів цифровізації освітньої галузі.
Informatization and digitization are becoming an integral part of the educational process of general secondary education institutions, and the development of the infrared competence of the modern teacher is a key issue in the implementation of educational reforms. These questions identify the major problems in the development of 21st century education and require additional study, monitoring and coordination of implementation. The publication deals with the informatization and digitization of general secondary education, namely initiatives and educational implementation. The processes of informatization and digitization remain relevant and require new approaches both in scientific and methodological justification and in implementation processes. It is noted that the educational community requires new principles, evaluation criteria and learning tools in the information age and the need to match the capabilities of educators with the rapidly evolving capabilities of the digital environment. Initiatives of the Institute of Information Technologies and Teaching Aids of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine have identified the main directions of development of the processes of informatization and digitalization of the system of general secondary education of Ukraine, which can be used in the preparation of normative-legal acts of digitalization of education. |
