Description Ми живемо в ХХІ столітті, в якому швидкими темпами розвиваються такі напрямки, як: e-learning (електронна освіта), e-Skills (електронні навички), e-democracy (електронна демократія), e-Government (електронне урядування), що потребує концептуальних змін у підходах, структурі й змісті вітчизняної повної загальної середньої освіти і зумовлює потребу в якісному оновленні процесу навчання на засадах використання мережі Інтернет, середовищ для спільної роботи і використання комп’ютерного моделювання.
We live in the 21st century, in which the fields of e-learning, e-Skills, e-democracy, e-Government are evolving at a rapid pace, which requires conceptual changes in the approaches, structure and content of the domestic general secondary education and determines the need for a qualitative updating of the learning process based on the use of the Internet, environments for collaboration and use of computer simulation.
