Великий потенціал у створенні сприятливих умов для трудового виховання молодших школярів має рух хортинг, з огляду на те, що специфіка його діяльності, забезпечує інтеграцію елементів трудового виховання у сам зміст занять. Забезпечення трудового виховання молодших школярів у процесі занять хортингом вимагає переходу до компетентнісної моделі виховання, що передбачає зміщення акцентів з вузько-предметних цілей на загально-дидактичні, оновлення структури та змісту, його корегування з наголосом на особистісно-розвивальні методики навчання, визначення та оцінювання результатів через ключові компетентності учнів, активного запровадження інноваційних, ігрових технологій навчання, інтерактивних методів групового навчання тощо.
The great potential for creating favorable conditions for the labor education of junior pupils is the horting movement, given that the specificity of its activities ensures the integration of the elements of labor education in the content of the classes themselves. Ensuring the labor education of junior pupils in the process of horting classes requires the transition to a competent model of education, which involves shifting the emphasis from the narrow-objective goals to the general-didactic, updating the structure and content, adjusting it with emphasis on personal development methods of training, defining and evaluating the results. through the key competencies of students, the active introduction of innovative, gaming learning technologies, interactive methods of group learning, etc. |
