У статті окреслено структуру управлінської компетентності керівників закладів освіти та вказано на значне зростання ролі її правової складової з розвитком процесів демократизації суспільства, обґрунтовано значення створення в освітньому закладі належних правових умов для підвищення результативності управлінської діяльності керівника. In the article the structure of administrative competence the leaders of establishments of education is outlined and the roles of its legal constituent are indicated on a substantial increase with development of processes of democratization the society, the value of creation is reasonable in educational establishment of the proper legal terms for the increase of effectiveness of administrative activity the leader. |
