У контексті розвитку людського капіталу розглядаються проблеми педагогіки праці і психології праці як субдисципліни педагогічної науки на основі міждисциплінарного підходу. Аналізуються інтеграційні процеси на ринку праці в умовах глобалізації та їх вплив на розвиток систем професійної освіти і підготовки виробничого персоналу на початку XXI століття. The problems of Pedagogy and Psychology of labor are studied on the basis of interdisciplinary approach within the context of human’s capital development. The integrative processes of the labor market being influenced on the improvement of systems of vocational education and industrial personnel’s training at the beginning of the XXI century are analyzed. |
