В роботі проведено аналіз бібліометричних і наукометричних систем для об’єктивного оцінювання результативності науково-педагогічних досліджень та надання суспільству цілісної картини стану вітчизняного наукового середовища. Розглянуто найбільш популярні й затребувані міжнародні та вітчизняні бібліометричні і наукометричні бази даних. Визначено, що важливе значення для наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників має набуття та розвиток знань, вмінь, навичок щодо роботи з бібліометричними і наукометричними базами даних, особливостями публікування у вітчизняних та зарубіжних виданнях, підвищення їх бібліометричних показників. Зроблено висновок: потреба об’єктивного оцінювання результативності науково-дослідницької діяльності вимагає створення бібліометрики глобального виміру – інформаційно-аналітичної системи, що забезпечить максимально повне покриття наявних наукових ресурсів і надасть можливість отримати статистично достовірну картину стану світової науки.
In this work an analysis of bibliometric and scietometric systems for the objective evaluation of the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research and providing the society with a coherent picture of the state of the domestic scientific environment. The most popular and demanded international and domestic bibliometric and science-computer databases are considered. It is determined that the acquisition and development of knowledge, skills, skills in work with bibliometric and science-based databases, features of publishing in domestic and foreign publications, and increasing their bibliometric indicators is important for scientific and scientific pedagogical workers. The conclusion is made: the need for an objective assessment of the effectiveness of research activities requires the creation of a bibliometric global measurement - an information and analytical system that will provide the fullest possible coverage of available scientific resources and will provide an opportunity to obtain a statistically reliable picture of the state of world science. |
