Description Стаття розкриває особливості підготовки тренерів для навчання вчителів Нової української школи. Визначений перелік компетентностей тренерів для навчання вчителів. Охарактеризовані особливості організації підготовки тренерів, подані коментарі щодо змісту їхньої підготовки. Приділяється увага результатам навчання тренерів. Надаються рекомендації щодо застосування Програми підготовки тренерів для навчання вчителів Нової української школи в системі методичної роботи різних рівнів (регіонального закладу післядипломної педагогічної освіти, методичного кабінету, школи, методичного кабінету, а також самоосвіти вчителя).
The article reveals the peculiarities of the training of trainers for the teaching of the teachers of the New Ukrainian School. A list of competencies for trainers for teachers is defined. Characterized features of training organization of trainers, comments on the content of their training are given. Attention is paid to the results of training of trainers. Recommendations on the use of the Training Program for trainers for teaching teachers of the New Ukrainian School in the system of methodological work of different levels (regional institution of postgraduate pedagogical education, methodical cabinet, school, methodological cabinet, as well as teacher self-education) are provided.
