У роботі охарактеризовано сучасний стан професійної освіти, проаналізовано причини стрімкого зниження її престижності, визначено суперечності, які засвідчують актуальність обґрунтування наукових засад підвищення престижу вітчизняної професійної освіти. Проаналізовано ступінь представлення феномену «престижність» у зарубіжній і вітчизняній науковій думці, виокремлено соціологічний і міждисциплінарний підходи до його вивчення. Визначено основні критерії престижності професійної освіти: визнання у суспільстві значимості її навчально-виховних функцій; гарантування вступникам рівних можливостей і чесної конкуренції; якісне науково-методичне забезпечення усіх форм навчальної діяльності; модернізована матеріально-технічна база; створення умов для запобігання корупції; системне використання інноваційних педагогічних, виробничих та інформаційно- комунікаційних технологій; забезпечення міжнародної мобільності студентської молоді; створення умов для формування професійних навичок; відповідність спеціалізацій актуальним потребам ринку праці, задоволеність роботодавців якістю підготовки фахівців. Сформульовано основні напрями й механізми підвищення рівня престижності професійної освіти: модернізація фахової підготовки у навчальних закладах І і ІІ рівнів акредитації, забезпечення розвитку людського капіталу і формування суспільства з високим рівнем мотивації до успіху; створення в державі сприятливого морального й соціального клімату, в якому престижною є успішна професійна кар’єра; запровадження принципів розвитку європейських освітніх систем; створення нової моделі підготовки майбутніх фахівців; відкриття Центрів розвитку професійної кар’єри та спеціальних інтернет-ресурсів з кар’єрного консультування; системне застосування в навчальному процесі інноваційних педагогічних, виробничих та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій; запровадження моніторингу динаміки престижності професій та навчальних закладів; систематичне оновлення Українського стандарту престижності професій. The modern state of professional education, the problems of its rapidly decreasing prestige, the problems of contradiction, which prove the urgency of justifying the scientific basis for increasing the prestige of domestic vocational education, are characterized in the work. The degree of awarding the "prestige" phenomenon in foreign and domestic scientific thoughts is analysed, sociological and interdisciplinary approaches to its study are singled out. The main criteria of professional education prestige are defined: recognition of the importance of its teaching and educational functions in society; guarantee of incoming equal opportunities and fair competition; qualitative scientific and methodological support of all forms of educational activity; upgraded material and technical base; creating conditions for preventing corruption; systematic use of innovative pedagogical, production and information-communication technologies; ensuring international mobility of student youth; creation of conditions for the formation of professional skills; relevance of specializations to the actual needs of the labour market, the satisfaction of employers with specialists training quality. The main directions and mechanisms for increasing the prestige level of vocational education are formulated: modernization of vocational training in educational institutions of I and II degrees of accreditation, ensuring the development of human capital and the formation of a society with a high level of motivation for success; favourable moral and social climate creation where the successful professional career is thought to be prestigious; introduction of the principles of the development of European educational systems; creation of a new training model for future specialists; opening of career development centres and special Internet resources for career counselling; systemic application in educational process of innovative pedagogical, industrial and information-communication technologies; introduction of prestige dynamics monitoring outcomes for professions and educational institutions; systematic updating of the Ukrainian standard of a profession prestige. |
