The article presents the author?s theoretical and methodical approach towards assessing the effectiveness of state regulation of entrepreneurship, based on the formalization of the aforementioned system using the "black box" model which has both input parameters ? factors affecting the efficiency and output parameters ? indexes of the efficiency of company?s performance. Application of the above discussed approach in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the national system of state regulation of entrepreneurship made it possible to consider its state as the low one. |
