In article the results of researches of efficiency of use of the electrodynamic vibrator for realization of ultrasonic vibrations of a cutter for the purpose of improvement of machinability of materials are presented. Actuation mechanism is a toolholder with an elastic part which allows to realise oscillatory movements of a cutter in a micrometric range at the expense of deformation of elastic plates under the influence of a power impulse drive. |
