Experimental results of electrical characteristics of the electrically conductive graphite-ceramics composition materials, which were fabricated by the semidry compaction and sintered into the special forms that ensure the specimens? geometry permanency, are presented. The measurements were carried out by the dielectric spectroscopy of the insulator/conductor systems. The influence of composites? structure on electrical properties formation was determined. |
