Trends in the development of the information society and the knowledge society are investigated. Methodological bases of state policy of information society development proposed. A conceptual model of the global document circulation is developed. The subjects of the model are the environment, population, business, government, and the object ? the information society. Implementation of the model contributes to solving problems of creating political and legal, economic, organizational, material and technical conditions for the formation of the national information policy, efficient use of all types of information resources and control elements of information and communication infrastructure, development and protection of the information environment in Ukraine. |
