The present invention relates to radiolocation and can be used in tuning and testing ground-based and space radar systems. The proposed sounding signal simulator contains an input attenuator, an output attenuator, two mixers, a frequency-modulated signal generator with a linear characteristic, a timing unit, a delay line, a control unit, a dispersive filter unit, a summing unit, and additionally, a modulator and a geomagnetic chamber with a magnetic field intensity set-point unit and a ferromagnetic transducer. The output of the input attenuator is connected to the first input of the first mixer. The second input of the first mixer is connected to the first input of the second mixer and the output of the frequency-modulated signal generator. The input of the generator is connected to the output of the timing unit. The output of the first mixer is connected to the first input of the delay line. The second input of the delay line is connected to the first input of the control input, and the output is connected to the second input of the second mixer. The output of the second mixer is connected to the input of the dispersive filter unit. The outputs of the filter unit are connected to the first inputs of the switching unit. The second inputs of the switching unit are connected to the second outputs of the control unit, and the outputs are connected to the inputs of the summing unit. The output of the ferromagnetic transducer is connected to the first input of the modulator. The second input of the modulator is connected to the output of the summing unit.
