The article suggests to determine the distances between the charges in the row and between the rows in terms of bench bottom mining taking into account the fracturing of the rock, the configuration and size of the funnel crushing. Pole rating formed by blasting of four-hole charges is used as a criteria for evaluating the degree of working off the bench bottom. The dependence between relative value of one charge area, relative value of unfinished area during the explosion of four charges of rectangular and checkerboard grid in fractured rocks and the coefficients of vertical and horizontal overlapping of funnel crushing radii is set. Distances and grid of wells, wherein efficiency of destruction area can be maximum are determined. The dependence can be used for selecting and calculating the size of hole charges grid during the design of blasting in quarries of fractured rocks to improve the efficiency of working off the bench bottom. |
