Mathematical models of the seasonal dynamics of phytoplankton algae in the reservoirs of the river Teterev in Zhitomir region for the period 2012?2014 are developed. The influence of exogenous and endogenous factors on the processes of development of phytoplankton are explored. As the initial data for modeling, measurements of geometric parameters, the number of copies and biomass of phytoplankton in the water samples from reservoirs are used. These measurements are carried out by an automated system developed on the basis of the formation and algorithmic processing video the water samples, taken from the water and placed in a microscope with built-in digital camera. Identification of specimens of phytoplankton also conducted on the species composition using artificial neural networks, including - Kohonen neural network. The research results can be used to monitor and predict the ecological status of water bodies for household purposes, which are used for water supply of settlements. |
