Increasing production and application of industrial robots (IR) as a universal means of flexible automation of mechanical and instrument engineering, as well as imperfection of existing methods of designing flexible manufacturing cells (FMC) and automated synthesis (AS) of optimal robotic machine assembly technologies (RMAT) indicate the topicality of specific problems study. The aim of the work is to highlight the features of the algorithms in the AS RMAT in machine assembly mechanical and instrument engineering reproducing substantial nature of the technologies and the selected synthesis strategy. The branched-cyclical strategy is chosen as a general automated synthesis strategy (CAS) as a methodological basis of research. The strategy, together with the generating principle of the organization of computing processes of three-level strategy of AS RMAT offered previously, and the essence of RMAT, is a common basis for the disclosure features algorithms. Developed formalism takes into account input data, constraints, mathematical models, resources, planning goal and results evaluating criteria. The formal basis for calculation procedures is a function of the automated synthesis (FAS) RMAT. The information, adaptive and conceptual links compose the formation basis of the systemic links between and within the levels. The above mentioned concept is implemented algorithmically and programmatically as a component of the AS RMAT system in GVK developed in Zhytomyr State Technological Universit. |
