Face cutter with mechanical fixation of rough and finishing cutting elements comprises of an outer housing, fixed by means of fixation screws, and inner housing, fixed by means of fixation screw. Rough cutting elements are placed on the side surfaces of the outer housing, this is fixed at the workbench spindle, and the finishing cutting elements ? at the outer side surface of the inner housing, this one is changeable and fixed on a mandrel with a pin, this is installed in the spindle of the workbench. Finishing cutting elements are placed in radial direction at a smaller distance from the axis of the face cutter, with the larger offset with respect to the rough cutting elements, with possibility of processing by means of different quantity of cutting elements with large limits of changing the scheme of over-measure removal. |
