Integration is a rational way to achieve competitive benefits, the nature of this benefits affects the type of integration interaction. To define the desired benefits(benefits of integration) isone of the main challenges in justifying the integrations. Matrix of strategic goals, based on the sources and areas of occurrence integration benefits, ways and tools of achieving desired benefits, is improved. This improvement is made to determine the challenges and feasibility of association, merger/acquisition and integration. The main sources of the expected benefits are economy, potential and synergies. The main tools for achieving integration such as financial, marketing, technical, technological, organizational and managerial are determined. Business areas in which integration benefits such as business processes (operations), products and markets can be expected are justified. Common strategic combination with the definition of the possible importance of the integration benefits are formulated on the basis of improved matrix. |
