The paper discusses and proposes ways of improving the system of probabilistic safety analysis that will enable more effective management of safety of the nuclear fuel cycle. It is shown that the operation of power units in Ukraine is exercised in accordance with the requirements of the safety standards that were laid during the period of their creation. It does not provide an appropriate level of security today, because they differ significantly with the requirements for such facilities in Europe and the world. It is noted that in order to increase the level of safety of nuclear power plants Ukraine joined to the initiative of the European Union to assess the safety of such facilities. Substantiate that the classical method of determining the safety of the nuclear fuel cycle, namely the method of probabilistic safety analysis - outdated, as evidenced by a number of large-scale disasters on such objects. Prompted to enter in the calculation of the safety analysis of the nuclear fuel cycle combinations priori and a posteriori methods of safety management facility, as well as go to the security management of the object in real time, and others. |
