This article covers the problem of providing essential increasing efficiency of processing flat surfaces of details via merging into one operation ( in one go ) of rough extraction of admittance with clean extraction at the same modes. The positive result is achieved by using several ways: - dividing admittance for processing by thickness via different radial take-off of shaping elements regarding end instrument body; - balancing cutting force component, perpendicular to processed surface; - minimum time of finding great number of shaping elements cutting blades while cutting process. Designed, manufactured and experimentally checked up cutting instrument including instrument with changed trajectory movements of shaping elements. Research was conducted while processing both circle-formed and flat-formed details. |
