The management of the personnel becomes the factor of maintenance of economic stability and increase of competitiveness of the enterprises of the food-processing industry, therefore requires amplified attention and remains actual for all economic formations. The theoretical positions and practical recommendations on perfection of management by the personnel which determine conditions and opportunities of increase of efficiency of managing of the enterprises of the food-processing industry are developed and provide their competitiveness. It is established, that creation of new sub items at the enterprises of the food-processing industry will allow to expand circle of functions of service of management with the personnel and from personnel questions to proceed to development of strategy of management by the personnel, system of motivation and stimulation, research of labor market and the market of educational services, formation of competitive workers.
