Oveview of the main publications on rotational drawing of sheet and tubular blanks is conducted. It is noted that the advantage of the rotational drawing processes with the application of hydraulic drive with electrohydraulic directional control valve is the possibility to regulate the processes using special software, which provides rational trajectories of tool movement and deformation force values depending on tool position on the trajectory. This enables positive influence on plastic deformation history and ensures high quality of end products. In this paper, for ensure automated multijunction rotational drawing basic machine is equipped with hydraulic drive, which is controlled by the controller. The controller converts the information from a personal computer (PC) on the control signal of the slide-valve hydraulic directional control, which in turn enables the programming of movement of the tool along a predetermined path. |
