The important role in maintenance of reliable work of the equipment for processing of polymers, plastic and rubber mixes is played by regulation mechanisms one or several inter-roll gap of roll machines (mills and calenders and extruder roll heads). The basic power element of each of the specified mechanisms is the thrust screw on which reliability working capacity of roll machines as a whole depends, therefore the substantiation of its geometrical and physical characteristics is an important problem. The basic data on application of the thrust screw regulation mechanism of an inter-roll gap of roll machines, and also its basic power element, namely the thrust screw are resulted. The design procedure of the thrust screw, and also auxiliary elements of the mechanism of regulation of a inter-roll gap is developed: nut and spline connection. Also the example of calculations of the screw persistent is resulted. |
