The article investigates the method of increasing the accuracy of machining complex 3D surfaces of parts in a single production. In the machining of these surfaces, the cutting forces are quasi-stationary, which cause the occurrence of machining errors resulting from elastic deformations of the technological system of manufacturing. The technique of correction of the control program of the CNC, which provides machining of the workpiece in two passes, is presented. During the first pass machining is performed on the theoretical offset and after automatically by the developed program on the machine directly formed by the profile is measured for the purpose of obtaining its digital model. Next, a computer simulation of milling process with the aim of defining arrays the cutting forces components is realized. After calculation of the digital array elasticity of the technological machining system corrects the trajectory of the cutter in the second pass according to the scheme of management of a posteriori information with the correction factor equal to one is performing. |
