The article reveals the results of the influence on the exactness factors of the details surfaces of technological processes of the abrasive grinding with the application of active control detail methods on detail of the friction from new composite materials on the base of the grinding wastes of the instrument steels 86?6?8?, 11?3??3?, 4????? and 7??2??? for heavy operating conditions of printing machines. The regularities of the influence of technological parameters on the accuracy formation mechanism are established. The general analytic dependence of the factors of the accuracy for different schemes of the abrasive grinding of new composites are determined. Recommendations for industrial purpose, which meet quality demand of the surface of friction details for printing machines are developed. |
