The accuracy of the automatic assembly of permissible errors is defined by the position of assembly parts which fully ensures the stability of the technologically process. In general, its value is the result of cause and effect relationships errors when forming assembly errors. Under current power factors there are moving anchor points, coordinate systems, deviations relative moement of the working surfaces, which leads to errors assembly. In addition to traditional approaches they can be reduced by means of redaction of errors of parts, assembled units, assembly equipment and tooling, and use of method of assembly control when any details of the automatic assembly set themselves thus adopting to assembly system. Such errors are classified by place of occurrence and recorded matrix equations of assembly errors, coefficients of relative scattering components and the resulting errors, bringing tham together that would be subject to mathematical treatment. In most cases, if the error distribution obeys Gauss law, these coefficients equal to one, while in other distribution laws and adopted percentage of risk the required values can be found in tables guides. Thus, the accuracy of automatic assembly is provided by cause and effect relationships formation of occurring errors. The increase of automatic assembly accuracy is achieved by the decrease of errors of details, assembly equipment errors and tooling, assembly control as well as the choice of assembly methods. All errors are classified and mathematically processed. |
