The problem of the hydraulic cylinder rod of the injection unit of injection molding machine speed control subject to pressure changes in the hydraulic drive with proportional program control was reviewed. For the solution of this problem, the test rig and hydraulic drive control system with pressure feedback is developed. As a result of a number of experiments, the hydraulic motor rotational frequency dependence on the hydraulic drive pressure changes was discovered and the feedback signal processing algorithm for the control signal correction was presented. Using of the presented algorithm in the control program, developed in MATLAB Simulink environment, allows improving the stability of the working fluid flow to the hydraulic actuator. The developed control system, using the proposed algorithm, makes it possible to offset the impact of nonlinear forces and stabilize the operation of hydraulic drives. |
