The thesis is directed at solving a scientific problem of development and implementation of a conceptual approach to the economic analysis of performance in joint-stock companies in the context of modern oligopoly theory. A conceptual approach to the reforming of economic analysis of business activity in joint-stock companies in the context of modern oligopoly theory has been developed. Organizational requirements to the economic analysis have been outlined as well as the description of directions of economic analysis in the context of oligopoly theory has been presented. Theoretical bases of economic analysis have been improved by identifying its specific peculiarities that are becoming the leading ones under conditions of oligopoly; by changing the interpretation of the main categories, principles, methodological approaches to its implementation; by classifying methods, tools and techniques. Appropriate measures on economic analysis of business activity in joint-stock companies have been worked out and deal with the creation of the integrated management system taking into consideration the concept of synergetic approach, integration of analytical functions into the controlling system and adaption of neural network technologies into the corporate information system of economic analysis. Complex analytical support of risk-management system has been suggested. A structurally-logical model of economic analysis of socially responsible activities of joint-stock companies has been worked out. |
