У статті аналізуються основні проблеми професійної підготовки фахівців для сільського зеленого туризму як пріоритетної галузі в умовах трансформації вітчизняної економіки. Висвітлено стан наукових досліджень у сфері підготовки майбутніх фахівців з організації сільського зеленого туризму, саморозвитку й самоосвіти власників і працівників приватних садиб. Виявлена проблема розмаїття дефініцій поняття «сільський зелений туризм» у нормативно-правових актах та працях науковців, співвідношення даного терміну з категоріями («агротуризм»), протиставлення чи поділу його на окремі напрями («сільський» і «зелений»). Проаналізовані суперечності у тлумаченні поняття, запропоновано узагальнене визначення терміну «сільський зелений туризм». Здійснено аналіз галузевих стандартів професійно-технічної освіти за професією «Агент з організації туризму» і вищої освіти для освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня «молодший спеціаліст» за напрямом підготовки 6.140103 «туризм», а також освітньо-професійних програм, укладених на основі вказаних стандартів. Наголошено на можливості вищих навчальних закладів І-ІІ рівнів акредитації готувати фахівців із розвитку сільського туризму. Виявлено суперечність, пов’язану з декларуванням підготовки фахівців із розвитку сільського туризму і відсутністю спеціальних дисциплін для ефективної реалізації такої підготовки. Окреслені основні шляхи підвищення ефективності туристичної освіти як передумови розвитку галузі: надання базових знань і навичок власникам садиб і обслуговуючому персоналу, що стосуються їхньої безпосередньої діяльності; організація семінарів, круглих столів і виїзних зустрічей для обміну передовим досвідом; підготовка й поширення методичної літератури з організації сільського зеленого туризму; диференціація системи професійної туристичної освіти, яка дасть змогу враховувати ісчтотні відмінності й особливості туристичної галузі в різних регіонах; запровадження дисципліни «організація сільського зеленого туризму».
In article the main problems of professional training of specialists for rural green tourism as priority industry in the conditions of transformation of domestic economy are analysed. The condition of scientific research in the field of training of future specialists in the organization of rural green tourism, self-development and self-education of owners’ and workers’ private households is described. The problem of a variety of determinations of a concept "rural green tourism in regulatory legal acts and publications of scientists, associations of the specified term with other categories of different levels is revealed ("agro tourism"), oppositions or its divisions into the separate directions ("rural" and "green"). Contradictions of interpretation of this concept are analysed and the generalized determination of the term "rural green tourism" is offered. Industry standards of vocational training as "An agent on the organization of tourism" and the higher education for the educational and qualification level "junior specialist", in the direction of preparation 6.140103 "tourism", and also educational and professional programs on the basis of the specified standards are analysed. Possibilities of higher educational institutions І - ІІ accreditation levels are determined by training of specialists on development of rural tourism. The availability of the contradiction is connected with declaring of training of specialists on development of rural tourism and lack of special disciplines for high-quality implementation of such preparation is revealed. The main ways of efficiency increase for tourism education as premises of development of the industry are designated: providing basic knowledge and skills to owners of the estates and service personnel concerning their direct activity; the organization of seminars, round tables and exit meetings for exchange of the best practices; preparation and distribution of methodical literature on the organization of rural green tourism; differentiation of system of professional tourist education which will allow to consider essential differences and features of the tourist industry in different regions; implementation of discipline "organization of rural green tourism |
