Розвиток суспільства докорінно змінився внаслідок радикальних соціально-економічних і суспільно-політичних перетворення, що відбуваються в Україні. Ринкова економіка, ринок праці, зміни в системі освіти й інші об'єктивні фактори вплинули на підготовку молоді до вибору професійного шляху. При цьому форми й методи психолого-педагогічного забезпечення цього процесу суттєво не змінилися і не відповідають вимогам сьогодення. Одним з перспективних варіантів подолання протиріччя між застарілими формами й методами психолого-педагогічного забезпечення підготовки учнівської молоді до вибору й реалізації освітньо-професійної траєкторії й необхідністю насичення ринку праці конкурентоспроможними, професійно мобільними фахівцями є створення системи консультування для професійної кар'єри. Метою створення системи кар'єрного консультування учнів ПТНЗ є забезпечення вибору учнями професійної кар'єри на основі збалансування особистісних інтересів і потреб ринку праці у кваліфікованих конкурентоспроможних кадрах, і проектування ними освітньо-професійної траєкторії. Консультування для кар'єри (кар'єрне консультування) є інструментом подолання внутрішнособистісних конфліктів професійного самовизначення й професійного розвитку. Його зміст, форми й методи повинні відповідати особливостям особистісного й професійного розвитку людини, що й визначає вимоги до системи кар'єрного консультування на етапі професійної підготовки з урахуванням особливостей її здійснення у системі професійно-технічної освіти. Проектування педагогічної системи кар'єрного консультування учнів закладів професійної освіти передбачає моделювання системи, яка включає такі основні елементи: ієрархію цілей, організаційне середовище, теоретико-методичне забезпечення, технології кар'єрного консультування, педагогів як модераторів процесу кар'єрного розвитку учнів, інформаційне забезпечення консультування з питань кар'єри тощо. Оскільки ефективність педагогічної системи визначається якісними і кількісними змінами певного показника, то для системи кар'єрного консультування таким може слугувати рівень розвитку кар'єрної компетентності учнів. Development of society radically changed from radical socio-economic and social and political transformations, what be going on in Ukraine. Market economy, labour-market, change in the system of education and other objective factors rendered considerable influence on preparation of young people to the choice of professional way. Thus forms and methods of the psychology and pedagogical providing of this process did not change substantially. The perspective variant of overcoming of contradiction between out-of-date forms and methods of the providing of process of preparation of studying young people to the choice and realization of professional trajectory and necessity of market of labour competitive, professionally mobile specialists saturation is creation of the system of advising for a professional career. The purpose of creation of the system of the quarry advising of student professional educational establishments is providing of choice student professional career on the basis of balancing of personality interests and necessities of labour-market in skilled competitive shots, and planning by them to the educational and professional trajectory. Advising for a career (career guidance) is the instrument of overcoming of personality conflicts of professional self-determination and professional development. His maintenance, forms and methods, must correspond the features of personality and professional development of man, what determines system requirement quarry advising on the stage of professional preparation taking into account its features in the system of trade education. Planning of the pedagogical system of the quarry advising of student establishments of trade education is supposed by the design of the system which includes such basic elements: hierarchy of aims, organizational environment, theoretical and methodical providing, technologies of the quarry advising, teachers as moderators of process of quarry development student, informative providing of career guidance. Because efficiency of the pedagogical system is determined the high-quality and quantitative changes of certain index, for the system of the quarry advising the level of development of quarry competence of student can serve them. |
