У тезах виступу на науковій конференції акцентується увага на необхідності розроблення методологічних підходів до формування кар’єрних орієнтацій майбутніх фахівців, учнів сучасної професійної школи. Висвітлено питання про те, що початки професійних і кар’єрних орієнтацій закладаються у свідомості учнів у результаті емоційно-образних розмірковувань. Відтак, формуються «емпіричні» орієнтири, котрі в подальшому трансформуються у стійкі уявлення про майбутню професію і за певних умов набувають ознак стабільності. Наведені деякі експериментальні дані отримані за результатами проведених досліджень.
In theses presentation at a scientific conference attention is focused on the need to develop methodological approaches to the formation of career orientations of future professionals, students of modern professional school. It is said that the beginnings of professional and career orientations are laid and cultivated in the minds of students as a result of emotional and imaginative speculation. Thus "thumb" guidelines are formed, which later are transformed into a stable picture of the future trade and under certain conditions become signs of stability. These are some specific experimental data obtained from the results of the research. |
