У статті аналізується проблема неперервної мистецько-педагогічної освіти у сучасному соціокультурному контексті. З’ясовано, що у зв’язку з динамічними змінами вагомого значення набуває здатність вчителів, викладачів мистецьких дисциплін навчатися впродовж життя. Доведено, що ефективність розвитку неперервної мистецько-педагогічної освіти України уможливлюється за умови взаємозв’язку та взаємодоповнюваності формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти, що забезпечить підготовку фахівців мистецьких дисциплін з інноваційним типом мислення, художньо-професійною культурою, зі сформованою готовністю до художньо-творчої інноваційної діяльності.
The problem of continuous artistic and pedagogical education in modern sociocultural context is analyzed in the article. It has been established that lifelong learning ability of teachers and teachers of art aquires significant importance due to the dynamic changes. It has been proved that the effectiveness of continuous artistic and pedagogical education in Ukraine becomes possible on the conditions of interconnection and complementarity of formal, non-formal and informal education, providing training of art specialists with an innovative type of thinking, artistic and professional culture, with a commitment to artistic and creative innovation activity. |
