Метою дослідження є аналіз, узагальнення та систематизація напрацювань ВНЗ га IT компаній спрямованих на автоматизацію навчальної, наукової та організаційної діяльності ВНЗ, визначення вимог до інформаційно-аналітичних систем управління діяльністю ВНЗ. У процесі дослідження визначено нинішній стан використання ІКТ в управлінні діяльністю ВНЗ та виокремлено загальні проблеми, цю існують у цій сфері. У роботі проведено аналіз існуючих підходів щодо автоматизації найбільш рутинних процесів діяльності сучасного вищого навчального закладу. Визначено основну мету та завдання створення автоматизованої системи управління ВНЗ. Проведено порівняльний аналіз систем автоматизації діяльності ВНЗ, які виявилися найбільш вживаними вітчизняними університетами. Окреслено базові вимоги до автоматизованої системи управління ВНЗ. Встановлено, що найбільш вдалими є Web-орієнтовані системи управління ВНЗ.
The aim of this study is to analyze, summarize and sys¬tematize the universities and IT companies achievements aimed at educational, scientific and organizational automation of the university, to require the information and analytical systems management of universities. The current state off ICT use in the universities management is defined and some problems that exist in this area are singled out. The existing approaches to rou¬tine processes automation of the most of the modern universities are analyzed. The main purpose and problems of the universi¬ties automated control systems are determined A comparative analysis of the universities automation systems that were most commonly used by Ukrainian universities is done. The basic requirements for an automated control university system arc outlined. It is found that the Web-based management university systems are the most successful. |
