У процесі дослідження особливостей формування професійної компетентності майбутніх обліковців з реєстрації бухгалтерських даних постає питання критеріальних характеристик процесу професійної підготовки вище згаданих кваліфікованих робітників. Метою статті є визначення та обґрунтування критеріїв, показників та рівнів сформованості професійної компетентності у обліковців, що є компонентом побудови моделі та реалізації педагогічних умов її формування.
В процессе исследования особенностей формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих учетчиков по регистрации бухгалтерских данных возникает вопрос о критериальных характеристиках процесса профессиональной подготовки вышеупомянутых квалифицированных рабочих. Целью статьи является определение и обоснование критериев, показателей и уровней сформированности профессиональной компетентности, являющихся составляющими для построения модели и реализации педагогических условий ее формирования In the course of studies of the formation of professional competence of accounting clerks for recording accounting date raises the question of performance of criterion processes training of above mentioned skilled workers. The purpose of this paper is to define and study criteria, indicators and level of development of professional competence is component model for building and implementation of pedagogical conditions its formation.We have identifi ed the following components of professional competence of a student: motivational target, sociological and psychological, cultural and technological (informative). Accordingly, for the diagnosis of formation of the integrative properties of the individual we have highlight motivational and volitional, personal, operational and activity, and organizational and technological criteria, to refl ect the content components of professional competence. Using these criteria the levels of formation of professional competence of future accounting clerks for recording accounting date have been defi ned – elementary, basic, adequate and harmonious. |
