У статті на основі теоретико-емпіричного дослідження визначено наукові підходи щодо трактування терміну «технологічна культура» (діяльнісний, компетентісний, інтегративно-особистісний, ціннісний) та охарактеризовано їх сутність. Розкрито особливості професійної діяльності майстра виробничого навчання професійно-технічного навчального закладу. З’ясовано сутність поняття «технологічна культура майстра виробничого навчання». Констатовано, що підготовку висококваліфікованих, конкурентоспроможних на ринку праці робітників можуть забезпечити майстри виробничого навчання з високим рівнем технологічної культури. Охарактеризовано стан вивченості даної проблеми у педагогічній теорії і практиці. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research identified scientific approaches to the interpretation of the term “technological culture”(activity, competence, integrative and personal, value), characterized their essence. Describes the features of professional work of the master of production training of vocational school. It is found the essence of the concept of "technological culture of master of production training". It was stated that the preparation of highly skilled, competitive labor market working people can provide master of production training with a high level of technological culture. Describes the state of knowledge of the problem in the pedagogical theory and practice. |
