У статті проаналізовано поняття науково-методичної компетентності в педагогічній літературі. Визначено структурні компоненти даної складової професіоналізму фахівців навчальних підрозділів підприємств, організацій, установ. Зазначається, що управління розвитком науково-методичної компетентності здійснюється згідно концептуальних положень освітньої професійно-орієнтованої діяльності фахівців. За результатами анкетування й опитування визначено низький рівень даної компетентності в сучасних фахівців навчальних підрозділів підприємств, організацій, установ.
The paper analyzes concepts of scientific and methodical competence in the pedagogical literature. Are defined the structural components of this component of professional competence of specialists educational units of enterprises, organizations and institutions. Is noted that the process of formation scientific-methodical competence carried out according to the provisions of the conceptual the educational is professional-oriented of activity of experts. By the results of questionnaire and the survey is set at low level of competence of specialists educational units of enterprises, organizations and institutions. |
