Охарактеризовано етапи неконфліктного функціонування в Україні різних ціннісних систем (1991–1993) та зародження конфлікту ідеалів (1994–2004). З’ясовано, що законодавство першого етапу задекларувало пріоритетність загальнолюдських цінностей і забезпечило толерантне співіснування різних виховних ідеалів, а другого – відобразило ціннісну дезорієнтацію суспільства, поляризацію різних систем цінностей, зародження конфлікту ідеалів і вперше ввело в правовий ужиток поняття «виховний ідеал».
Охарактеризованы этапы неконфликтного функционирования в Украине различных ценностных систем (1991–1993) и зарождения конфликта идеалов (1994–2004). Выяснено, что законодательство первого этапа задекларировало приоритетность общечеловеческих ценностей и обеспечило толерантное сосуществование различных воспитательных идеалов, а второго – отобразило ценностную дезориентацию общества, поляризацию различных систем ценностей, зарождение конфликта идеалов и впервые ввело в правовой обиход понятие «воспитательный идеал». The article describes the main stages of the transformation of educational ideal in the legal field of the Ukrainian education for the indicated period: the stage of non-conflict functioning of different values systems (1991–1993) and the origin of the conflict of ideals (1994–2004). It was found that in the first stage there was no legislative registration of educational ideal as the main landmark of the society and the state development but education legislation was able to declare the priority of human values and provide a tolerant coexistence of different value systems. For the second stage typically the next: population values disorientation, the polarization of different value systems and the birth of ideals conflict. The greatest achievement was the approval of the «The children and youth upbringing concept in the national education system» (1996) in which was used the next terms for the first time «the educational ideal», which appeared as a combination of human virtues morality (truth, justice, compassion, patriotism, kindness) and the best features of the Ukrainian mentality (diligence, individual freedom, a deep connection with nature, tolerance, respect for women, love for the native land). |
