У статті розглянуто переваги й можливості використання хмарних сервісів Google в управлінні дошкільним навчальним закладом, зокрема електронної пошти Gmail, Календаря Google, хмаро орієнтованого сховища даних Google Drive, офісного пакету (документи, таблиці, презентації). Наголошено на доцільності використання сервісів Google Sites, Google+, Blogger, Hangouts, Google Forms у налагодженні ефективної комунікації між суб’єктами діяльності ДНЗ (у т.ч. з громадськістю), створенні позитивного іміджу навчального закладу.
The introduction of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in the preschool educational institution management is one of the newest topical scientific and educational problems. Using cloud services offers a number of possibilities in terms of preschool management, such as distributed files storing; joint work on documents; use of available quality applications regardless of the computer hardware characteristics, without the need to install. On the basis of analysis of various cloud services we selected Google services, which have a number of advantages that are fundamental in terms of Ukrainian preschool educational institution: free of charge; ease of use; availability of universal account that provides access to all services; the use on different platforms (Windows, Android, iOS); availability of functionality required in preschool management; the availability via any digital device connected to the Internet; no need to deploy "cloud." In the article the advantages and possibilities of using Google cloud services in management processes in preschool educational institution are reflected (including Gmail, Google Calendar, cloud-based data storage Google Drive, office suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)). The usefulness of the services Google Sites, Google+, Blogger, Hangouts, Google Forms in effective communication establishing between the subjects of preschool management (including the public), creation of positive image of the institution, are emphasized. В статье рассмотрены преимущества и возможности использования облачных сервисов Google в управлении дошкольным учебным заведением, в частности электронной почты Gmail, Календаря Google, облако ориентированного хранилища данных Google Drive, офисного пакета (документы, таблицы, презентации). Отмечена целесообразность использования сервисов Google Sites, Google+, Blogger, Hangouts, Google Forms в налаживании эффективной коммуникации между субъектами деятельности ДОУ (в том числе с общественностью), создании положительного имиджа образовательного учреждения. |
