У статті виявлено та схарактеризовано важливі складові риторико-комунікативної культури суб’єктів освітнього й управлінського процесів сучасного університету. Їх розглянуто в якості першооснови інтегративного чинника формування академічної еліти. Вони запропоновані і як підґрунтя до розроблюваної системи критеріїв оцінки риторико-комунікативної культури представників академічної еліти в цілому та самооцінки окремої елітарної риторичної особистості. Роботу виконано у рамках тематики І Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Інтеграція вищої освіти і науки» (Київ, 7 жовтня 2015 р.).
The article reveals and characterises important components on the rhetoric communicative culture of the subjects in education and management process of the modern university. They are considered to be a basis of the integrative factor while forming academic elite. They are also suggested as a background for a system of criteria being developed to evaluate rhetoric communicative culture of academic elite representatives in general and self-evaluation of an elitist rhetoric personality. The article was written in the framework on the theme of the I International scientific practical conference «Integration of Higher Education and Science» (Kyiv, 7 October, 2015). |
