Визначено базовий поняттєво-термінологічний апарат і принципи формування хмаро орієнтованого середовища вищого навчального закладу; висвітлено роль міжнародних організацій у розвитку засобів і сервісів відкритого науково-освітнього середовища; розкрито особливості створення інформаційно-аналітичних інструментів підтримування науково-освітньої діяльності, зокрема хмаро орієнтованих сервісів науково-освітніх інформаційних мереж, відкритих журнальних систем, електронних бібліотек, науково-метричних сервісів і баз даних та ін.
The basic concepts, terminology and principles of the cloud-based university environment formation are defined; the role of international organizations in the development of facilities and services of open scientific and educational environment is revealed; the peculiarities of creation of information analytical tools of supporting scientific and educational activities are described, including the cloud-based services of scientific and educational information networks, open journal systems, digital libraries, scientific metric services and databases, and others. |
