Description The general conclusion of psycho-pedagogical theories and
concepts of creative personalities who emerged during the
XIX-XX centuries is presented in the following article. On
the basis of the research in psychology and pedagogy it was
concluded that creativity and its manifestations attracted
the attention of many scientists. Therefore, the attempts to
understand the essence of creativity led to the advent of
great numbers of contradicting psychological theories and
concepts. Till the beginning of XX century the study of cre-ativity involved many scientists as well as individual schools.
In the USA in 50-60’s of XX century the developing of special
programs to ensure the full development of creative potential
started. At the end of XIX – early XX century psychology of
creativity is formed. Summarising the positions about the
nature of creativity it should be mentioned that creativity in
the psychological context is represented by everything that
is connected with the creation of something new, the actual
process of the creation, the result of this process and its
subject, the circumstances in which the creative process is
occured. The scientists are unanimous that creativity in this
form or another is inherent for everyone.
