L'exposé « La culture de rhétorique de la personnalité élitaire dans le paradigme moderne de l’enseignement supérieur et de la science académique de l’Ukraine et du monde entier » est préparé pour la Conférence « Enseigner la rhétorique à travers le temps et le monde » (organisée par la Société Canadienne pour l’Étude de la Rhétorique (SCÉR) à l’Université de Calgary. La culture rhétorique comme un type spécial de la culture spirituelle avec laquelle une personne est capable de comprendre les valeurs fondamentales de la culture, fait l’objet d’études interdisciplinaires de l’enseignement supérieur et du leadership pédagogique. L’auteur souligne l’importance de l’étude approfondie du rôle et des tâches, des composants et des facteurs formant la culture rhétorique d'une personnalité élitiste dans les conditions de l’école supérieure du début du 21e siècle. Elle a posé un certain nombre de questions d'actualité, ainsi qu'elle a présenté quelques exemples de leurs solutions ; en particulier, l’auteur parle de l’idée de la création de l’Association Ukrainienne de Rhétorique (AUR).
The paper "The rhetorical culture of elitist personality in the modern paradigm of higher education and academic science in Ukraine and the world" is prepared for the Conference "Teaching rhetoric through time and the world" (organized by the Canadian Society for the Study of Rhetoric (CSSR) in University of Calgary. The rhetorical culture as a special type of spiritual culture with which a person is able to understand the fundamental values of culture, is the object of an interdisciplinary studies of higher education and educational leadership. The author emphasizes the importance of in-depth study of the role and tasks, of the components and factors forming the rhetorical culture of elitist personality under the conditions of higher school of the early 21st century. She expressed a few topical issues, as she presented examples of their solutions; in particular, the author talks about the idea of creating the Ukrainian Rhetorical Association (URA). До уваги учасників конференції «Викладати риторику крізь призму часу і світу» (на базі Калгарського університету; організована Канадським товариством з вивчення риторики (КТВР)) запропоновано виступ за темою «Риторична культура елітарної особистості у сучасній парадигмі університетської освіти та академічної науки України і світу». Риторична культура, як особливий тип духовної культури, завдяки якому людина здатна осягнути фундаментальні цінності культури, постає об’єктом міждисциплінарних досліджень вищої школи й освітнього лідерства. Підкреслюється значимість комплексного вивчення ролі і завдань, складників і чинників формування риторичної культури елітарної особистості за умов вищої школи початку ХХІ ст. Поставлено низку актуальних питань сьогодення, а заразом наведено приклади їх вирішення; зокрема йдеться про задум створення Української риторичної асоціації (УРА). |
