На основі розробленої типології криз автор пропонує технологію антикризового менеджменту навчального закладу, що має вивести шкільну організацію на новий етап розвитку, та включає розроблення антикризової програми, оновлення стратегії подальшого розвитку навчального закладу. Виділено основні напрями антикризового управління на рівні організації, запропоновано комплекс методів з різних галузей менеджменту.
AThe article proves the use of technology in professional crisis management of the head of the institution.
