В посібнику висвітлено інноваційні методи управління професійно-технічним навчальним закладом, обґрунтовано значення організаційної культури як інноваційного напряму управління професійно-технічним навчальним закладом (ПТНЗ), представлено інноваційні методи підготовки управлінських рішень у ПТНЗ, розкрито сутність самоменеджменту як інноваційного напряму розвитку особистості керівника ПТНЗ, представлено економічні методи управління в освітньому менеджменті ПТНЗ. За своєю структурою пропонований посібник вдало включає компоненти, пов’язані з інноваційними аспектами підвищення управлінської компетентності керівників ПТНЗ та напрямами застосування ними інноваційних методів управління ПТНЗ. Рекомендується для керівників ПТНЗ, директорів обласних навчально-методичних центрів професійно-технічної освіти, державних органів управління з питань освіти, слухачів інститутів післядипломної освіти, педагогічних працівників. In the manual it is highlighted innovative methods of management of vocational and educational school, grounded the importance of organizational culture as an innovative method in the management of vocational and educational school, presented innovative methods of making management decisions in vocational and educational school, disclosed the essence of self-management as an innovative trend of the individual manager development of vocational and educational school, presented economic management methods in educational management of vocational and educational school. The structure of the proposed guide successfully includes components that are related to the innovative aspects of increasing of management competence of heads of vocational and educational school and areas of application of innovative management of vocational and educational schools. It is recommended for managers of vocational and educational schools, directors of regional training center for vocational education, public administration on education, students of postgraduate education institutions, teaching staff. |
