Складність умов професійної діяльності, її структурні і функціональні особливості зумовлюють потребу організації мотиваційної сфери людини, яка передбачала б цілісне мотиваційне спрямування щодо її успішності на всіх етапах кар’єрного розвитку, за умови, що елементи мотиваційної структури сприяють формуванню конкурентоздатності особистості на сучасному ринку праці. В побудові мотиваційної структури людини особлива цілеспрямовуюча роль надається мотивам, завдяки яким людина здатна пояснити, задля чого вона здійснює ті чи інші дії, приймає ті чи інші рішення. Важливим поняттям у вивченні проблеми мотивації особистості до успішної професійної діяльності є також поняття цілей – як найважливішої складової мотивованої поведінки особистості. Успішність професійної діяльності сучасної особистості базується на складних психологічних процесах, пов’язаних із формуванням особистісної мотиваційної структури на засадах мотивації до ефективного використання особистісного і професійного потенціалу в контексті вимог і потреб сучасного ринку праці. The complexity of the conditions, structural and functional peculiarities of professional activities define the need of the organization motivational sphere of the individual that can provide holistic motivational direction concerning success at all stages of career development, provided the elements of the motivational structure helps the formation of the personality’s competitiveness in today's job market. Creating motivational structure of working resources, motives have a specific role under which a person can explain why he performs certain actions and makes specific decisions. In the process of studying the problems of human motivation oriented towards a successful professional activity there is a concept of goals as an important component of motivated behavior. The success of professional activity of a modern person is based on the complicated psychological processes associated with the formation of the personality’s motivational structure on the basis of the motivation oriented towards the effective use of the personal and professional potential in the context of the requirements and needs of the modern labour market. |
